Do you (heart) Tibet?

Valentine’s Day is around the corner…and it’s a perfect time to win your special someone’s heart by giving them an SFT Rangzen Circle membership:

Rangzen means freedom in Tibetan, and the Rangzen Circle is an intimate group of Tibetans and supporters who make an exceptional contribution to Tibet by giving a monthly donation to Students for a Free Tibet.

A Rangzen Circle membership makes a small dent on your wallet but makes a big difference to SFT. It’s as little as 17 cents a day, a movie ticket, or a few coffees a month – for a lasting impact for Tibet’s freedom: http://www.sftcanada.org/index.php/make-a-donation

Your monthly support will help SFT Canada:

  • Train Tibetans and students in nonviolent direct action and strategy
  • Pressure Beijing to release Tibetan political prisoners
  • Stop Canadian companies from exploiting Tibet’s natural resources
  • Amplify the voices and resistance of Tibetans inside Tibet

When you sign up for a Rangzen Circle membership in honour of a friend or loved one, SFT will send your Valentine an email on February 14th, notifying them of your gift.

They’ll also receive a Rangzen Circle welcome package that includes a card from SFT Canada and a Rangzen bracelet, a symbol of Tibetan resistance.

You can make a Rangzen Circle gift online by filling out a secure form here: http://www.sftcanada.org/index.php/make-a-donation and sending us the name and address of the person to whom you are giving the membership.

Thanks for being our Valentine,

Tenzin Lobsang and the rest of the SFT Canada crew
